I buy the pro ver to remove ads.
I reset my phone and install the app again and log on to my account , but ads are not removed.
Could you please go to device applications list and click on clear data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services (in two places), restart device, enable Internet connection and open Play Store app. After some time you can open Caynax app and check if it recognizes purchases properly.
