After update system to PD2214BF_EX_A_13.1.11.5.W20, the alarm is not functioning once the phone is in locked screen

Hi.
You didn’t mention device name but as you have written probably deice update broke something or reverted granted “Display over other apps” permission.
What exactly do you mean by not functioning?
