App Stopps After a cople of minutes

Hi,
I did all the recommended setting concerning battery. Still the App Stopps as soon the screen Turms off which is very helpful if I go on Long hieß (several hours).
Phone: huawei p10+ 128 Gb
Please give me advice

Are you sure, you add “Caynax Sports Tracker” to

• huawei “Ignore battery optimization”
• and to huawei “Protected apps”?
  Please attach screenshots.

In the German version I cannot find anything similar to protected Apps.

Thanks for the Screenshots. That could really help. It just seems to be a different phone. I cannot directly compare your menu headlines to the ones on my phone. Mine is a Huawei p10+
