Hello, I am new user of this app and I am trying to find info about this issue that I have with no luck. I am doing the workouts and during the daily measurement stage I can’t take any photos with my phone camera or open the gallery. My phone is samsung S7, I have already inserted an SDcard (used as external storage) , it’s the default saving location for my camera app and I suspect that is has something to do with the case sensitive directory. If anyone knows what I am missing please inform me. Thanks in advance.
“Update 1” After I selected backup option this issue was solved, I don’t know why, but this worked for me.
Hi. Next time please check inside device app settings whether you granted app “Storage” permission.
