Hello. I recently purchased an LG 7 under warranty. I’m having problems with the GPS shutting off halfway through a workout. I have optimized battery settings for the app but I keep finishing workouts with only half recorded. Any thoughts? Thanks, John

So far we didn’t have any reports from LG owners - not even 1. As you mentioned most is result of active device battery optimizations.
Please check whether you have such “lock” option available when you minimize app:
Also please try changing granted GPS permission form “Allow only while using app” to “Allow all the time”.
