It stops recording!

I am encountering a severe issue since a few months ago. The app stops recording my activity after it leaves the screen or when I receive a call or message or notification.

Even my setting is checked for always keep the screen ON, it seems it does not work. Here a pic:

Is it Samsung device? Anyways, please try changing Location permission to “Always allow”.

Yes Samsung. Already put Always Allow. I do cycling. I noticed when I reach around 35km, it stops recording. I just faced that yesterday.
