Why i don’t see photos i took during biking?
You might not saved them. When you take a photo there will be (usually) two buttons visible - you need click on one of them to save/store photo. Otherwise it will be dismissed.
I’ve noticed that on latest Samsung Android 10 update SAVE button is so close to device main navigation buttons that user might accidentally get back to app instead of clicking on SAVE.
