When I use Caynax I don’t see any steps. My phone is Samsung a10. Stepcounter works with other stepcounter apps.

Your device must have built-in steps counter. Please use this app to check whether it is detected:
The steps counter WAS working for me on this phone but now it does not.
When I click on the “!” a msg pops up saying “Steps are calculated by built-in sensor in the device and their accuracy depends on many factors”. Just turn steps ON, please.
